Ah, thanks for fleshing out the links that I posted.  I meant to do it right away, but I just got so caught up in the news...!  Sorry about that!

Yeah, actually, I figured that a DVD would be released of MARIA's Last Live sometime soon (and to think, in June, just like ZONE's.... ), so I started saving up when they announced the disbanding.  I never thought it would come in a box set....!!

I'm particularly interested in what kind of unreleased material in going to be included....If the desciption is accurate, maybe we'll finally get to see a CD version of Anata goshi no Illumination...!

blegh!! ever since MARIA broke up, it's been so boring. Unless I can find some more vids of their performances n such. was lucky to have found Maiko's hawaiian adventure. And other interviews of its members. Aika is like somewhat split personality in a sense. She has such a light voice n such when she speaks and kinda like somewhat with a childish tone- but then bring on the stage, and her voice is like lead singer worthy, and like stronger. even her appearance in a sense changes. She kinda seems like shorter or smallers during interview but on stage- stands tall. Anyone else feel that drastic change with Aika? lol

Anyways- hope  resurfaces soon.  Aika and the others too.

One disc has the complete PV collection that includes some previously unreleased footage, and the other disc has the complete video of the Last Live at the Akasaka BLITZ.  I read that some scenes from the Final Party would be shown during the end credits.


Hmm....I'm still waiting for my copy to arrive...!

Um...I sincerely apologize for the double post, but I just had to say this....(This is a repost of what I said at Hello! Online.)


I received my BOX today....I can only say...AMAZING....!!   

I haven't listened to the CDs or watched the DVDs yet; I just looked through everything. The photobook was well done with great pics of everyone. It certainly makes up for the lack of one before, although I do wish it was a regular-sized book.


One surprise for me was the new song, Image. Like I said, I haven't listened t it yet, but I was kind of shocked from seeing its credits....

It was written and composed by MACHIDA NORIHIKO....!!   

That's right, the composer for some of the best songs of ZONE....!! 

I haven't been able to find much information on Image, so I don't know if it was a cover of someone's or an original song.....

Did anyone post a message on MARIA's BBS?  A saw a lot of fans still posting their birthday wishes for Maiko when I submitted mine.  I wonder if the members still read the comments from time to time....

Only about a week left until the MARIA BBS closes....


On a somewhat unrelated note, I went to a party tonight (the 24th, local time) and got a betta (fighting fish) as a gift.  It kinda looks like Maiko's Bull-kun...!

I wonder how Ritz-kun & Bull-kun are doing?

MARIA LAST LIVE  clips starting to appear, including the last song of the night chiisana uta.  the user seems to have posted identical videos twice, once in romaji and once in japanese.
