hello everybody WELL very nice here
first thanks admin for approval to my membership..
well it seems most of you use very good and effective english here are you guys all from very diverse places??!!
i have been listened to ZONE since 2002 or 2003..i forgot, but i was not a die hard fan then
until very recently i grabbed an old mp3 CD-R from the cabinet (u know ppl used to burn media files onto CD-R in that era!!!) and I have an opportunity to taste their music in very very details...
i spent hours on the net looking for their details and videos
what most surprises me is....their transition from a teen bandol solely dance and dance to a mature band playing instruments with professional techniques...
well i am not an expert in jpop but i am sure this is very rare
their music is great great and through a series of their production from Z to O to N to E you can feel how they grew and became mature
i believe you can have the same feeling when you watched their video chronologically!!!!
I like this forum! ....and I want to understand them further by using this platform...i love them

A little late, but thanks for the welcome, guys! And welcome to the forum, Soul of ZONE and goodpan! I'm pretty new here too. Great to know more ZONE fans. goodpan, I agree that their transition is indeed a rare case, and interesting I would say. Sometimes I feel that following their story is like watching a movie.  |

Thanks for the warm welcome, Helixius & kittiekei!! Of course, welcome to the forums, goodpan!!  Yeah, ZONE fans in general tend to be nice people, in my experience. It must be part of their magic.  Yes, the growth of the girls as musicians is very interesting. Even more so since their disband. Miyu & Maiko are both well accomplished lyricists and composers now.  |

Actually, I guess it shoud be more like welcome BACK for Soul of ZONE goodpan, if you want to see where everybody is from, I think most of us are on that interactive map at the bottom of the screen. We seem to have a lot of people from the USA, and from southeast Asia. Helixius, I know what you mean about ZONE's career being like a movie. What blows me away is that it's such an incredible story, but it's not a script, it actually happened. I just wish I had known while it was happening  |
